Hi T & J, Wow, I'm surprised to hear your experience was not what you expected. I'm glad you enjoyed the restaurant and interacting with so many people on my team. I remember talking to you during your first dinner here and I had no idea of your disappointments. While I understand it's too late to communicate with you about our complimentary services, I would like to point out that we do have free Wifi in the rooms, including yours. It is password protected and can be unlocked by the Front Desk. You're right that we don't have an exercise room on the property, but we do have complimentary bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. Hair dryers, irons and umbrellas are available on request. Since complimentary coffee is available in the restaurant we don't stock it in every room, but guests who prefer to make coffee in the room just need to ask and we'll provide coffee grounds. When guests fly in or out of Placencia and have us book their local air tickets, we actually use the small commission given to us by the airline to pay for complimentary taxi transfers to and from the hotel. We don't have a shuttle (we're a small hotel) but our Front Desk is also helpful with navigating bus schedules to and from the Village. Your comments will help us improve.
