Following Gaggan the previous night, we made our way to Suhring on 7 December 2017 evening. We took the 9 course menu, which was just right for us. Great food and service. Suhring restaurant received 1 Michelin star, another great restaurant find in Bangkok. German wines such as Rieslings and GGs would have been preferred.
