I stayed here on 11-14Aug with my family. This hotel have total 36 floor. I booked 2 Grand river view room when I check in I found my room was assigned by staff on 8 floor(very low) I paid 300THB net per room per night for upgrading our rooms to Suite room with (partial) river…
