Dear Debbie L, Many thanks for your wonderful endorsement on 137 Pillars House and we truly hope to welcome you back. A brief update regarding our efforts to deal with mother nature and make 137 a mosquito free zone. This year has been atypical with very different patterns of behavior which we are working hard to understand. While we do engage a pest management company, our efforts go much deeper and we bring in a mosquito expert from the US twice per year. Trudy works with all the staff to educate us on breeding habits and keeps us focused on removing the problem at source - namely eradicating breeding grounds. She spends 2 full days surveying all the hotel and we trail her to understand and learn from her. As you may know, fogging only deals with the adults so helps control versus eradication. She will be with us in July and we are spreading the message by inviting our neighbors to join us. While we do a diligent job around our grounds, we need our neighbors to adopt the same approach.
