First of all, I would like to apologize for those unpleasant moments that you had during your stay at our hotel. Our hotel do cater all various type of people that would love to stay and enjoy their memorable moments in the city. Indeed, during that time we are fully booked for 2 consecutive days and we've got reserved rooms from other agencies that we gave room allotment that in return we need to be neutral and fair towards to our valued guests. In so much to that, all guests that will bring joiners into their room should pass the main lobby for registration and security purposes. Concerning with our staff, we will investigate this case to them and will set an evaluation and orientation again for their competency and standard performance.
