Good location but very old hotel. The corridor and room was very damp, you could smell a damp old , musty smells once you have stepped out the lift. Bathroom is the worst with the pungent smell and mould building up in every corner and grout lines. Carpet stains are everywhere

I was most concerned to learn of your comments regarding the other aspects of your stay particularly with the cleanliness of our guestroom and bathroom. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience encountered. This is certainly not the type of Grand Hyatt experience we are trying to create. Nevertheless, it is only through concerned guests such as yourself who provide us with constructive feedback which we are able to follow up on and make the necessary improvements in our hotel operation.
