Dear smileysonia, Thank you very much for taking the time to review the restaurant. While I wish all feedback was constantly positive, I love all feedback nonetheless as this is how we improve in all areas. I have passed your comments regarding the seasoning on to Nathan and his head chef Pete Biggs who I believe have already begun to investigate where the problem lies. I do apologise as well that you were required to ask for service, this is not at all what we are hoping to achieve and rest assured, I will have this remedied. In terms of the ambiance, due to previous guest feedback we are currently working on sourcing different place settings to improve the feel of not only the restaurant in general but the experience for you as our guest. The acquarium as you have pointed out is less impressive than others currently - unfortunately due to the dust from construction we are unable to place tropical fish in the tank until the water is safe to do so - ideally in a few months at most.
