We stayed here for our honeymoon for 2 nights. The hotel is on a massive property overlooking the ocean. I was pleased that they upgraded me to an ocean view room which was nice. I may be a bit biased in my review here since before staying at this hotel we stayed multiple nights…

Dear oz s , Thank you for taking the time to review our resort. It is particularly great to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful private beach, Rock Bar and many of our swimming pools. As you mention AYANA is not a new hotel, in-fact we will be celebrating our 20th anniversary this coming November. We pride ourselves in keeping our rooms and facilities looking good and up-to-date, but we do recommend our sister property RIMBA, which is only just 3 years old, for guests who prefer a more modern abode. Regarding our restaurants and bars including Padi and Sami Sami, I am disappointed to read your comments as we often receive exceptional comments regarding food variety and quality. As one of the largest properties in Bali we have over 90-acreas of space for our guests to enjoy. We are sorry you felt it was over crowded. For complete privacy and exclusivity we recommend The Villas at AYANA. Each of our renovated villas has its own plunge pool with spectacular views. In terms of pricing, we frequently review our prices with other five-star venues in Bali. To date, we find our prices quite competitive with other popular dining destinations in top resorts, reflecting the use of high quality products and international service standards. We take the spa policy with our Thermes Marins Spa which only uses quality products and skilled staff. Thank you again for choosing our resort and we do hope you will visit us again in the future.
