However we are sad to hear that you had this experience. We very much appreciate you bring the above matters to our attention and have made further investigation as below: 1. Concerning to the cockroaches, we do understand that this insect really bothers you during your stay. For your information our Pest Control has done the treatment frequently twice a week. Nevertheless we take this problem seriously by doing deep cleaning and special insect treatment. We will send you a separate email enclosing the pictures. 2. The Cleanliness of the Villa Pool, our Team has done the cleaning frequently but since our private pool is surrounded by the trees, the wind may blow and make the branches fell off into the pool. Somehow Our Team is ready to help at anytime to do the cleaning, and for sure we would do the cleaning in the pool more frequently. 3. Lighting at the Villa area is tend to be designed synchronized with the Villa, since the concept is resort. We hope you will give us the opportunity once again to welcoming you at Patra Hotel & Convention Semarang.
