Dear Angela I, Thank you for your review on Trip Advisor during your recently stay at The Vijitt Resort Phuket. We are pleased to hear that you were very happy with us and hotel facilities. Your message will be posted on our staff board for sharing. In regard to "Scoopon" there are some restrictions which were mentioned on your reservation for example; 1) Complementary drinks during 1-4 PM only with the limited of some selection drinks. We are quite flexible and if we were told that you will be away from the resort. 2) Late check out to 6 PM subject to availability. This is not a confirmation however if we have vacant rooms then we can provide one for you but if the situation is not allowed then we will provide the shower room for you then. In regard to our services, we have never treated our guests differences as we are professional team and we do care for all customers and the managers are all around the resort to meet and greet them and available to discuss all topics too.
