Thanks for your review. We find very sad that you have left our hotel with negative experiences. Please understand, operations are in the hotels is very difficult if you stay in a high saison. You must satisfy more than 1000 Guests. Everybody needs the same service. Everbody want to be served at the same time. Everybody wants everything to be done immediately. All hotels have their different problems in the high season. One of them more the other less. Of course, we are learning more and more and trying to prepare better for the next season.
