Nice rooms but a bit expensive
The rooms are big, clean and decorated well and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is a bit out of the town center which i didn't mind as I like walking and free bikes where available however there is nothing that makes this hotel any better than the others in town. To do…

Dear tomtom9123, We would like to extend our gratitude to you for choosing to stay with us and for sending us your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased that you enjoyed our beautiful rooms, decorated well and friendly staff. However, we regret to read that parts of your experience did not live up to your expectations. Regarding the airport transfer, I deeply apologize because my staff didn’t show you about the difference of the type of many cars in Hoi an. Actually, our hotel car is new car model and safe english driver. I believe our Laundry prices are fair given our location, quality and experience. They are similar to other hotels in the area and you will see 10% VAT tax and 5% service charge in most of Vietnam. And we make sure all your laundry will be washed by hand (not machine like outside) with safe and clean. Once again, thank you for letting us know your comment.
