I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and love our newly renovated guest room at the West wing. The renovation in front of the hotel had been completed and dedicated cycling lanes have been built for cyclist. As always, our Olympic-sized pool is love by all of our guests, you can enjoy daily activities from 10am at our Poolside Gazebo. You can enjoy a work-out at our fully equipped 24-hours Fitness Centre with sauna and steam room or enjoy a Balinese massage in Mandara Spa. I have spoken with our Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef of your disappointment on our services and replenishment issue as it did not meet with your expectations. As you mentioned, the Hotel is just a walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower or the doorstep way Bukit Nanas monorail can bring you to explore the rest of the city.
