Dear Sir Thanks for your valuable feedback and we are sorry for the inconvenience cause to you, may be this is to explain our Hotel has been fully sound proofed but you know the train sound little bit came from outside, and towels and bed sheets has been dry cleaning for every day from our side, and wifi ,we will be provided to guest from free and 20 Mbps speed, maybe some technical problems your system has been not worked, we will be provided to Buffet breakfast every days in buffet area, but this is in basement , may be you have feel some uncomfortable. Any way we will be sorry for the inconvenience cause to you, and we will be hope treat for you in next time very good manner and very good service from our side without any compliant. and we will sure take necessary action from your disappointment reasons.once again sorry for the inconvenience.
