We appreciate that you choose our hotel as your tourist destination as well as for the compliments regarding our hotel facilities but we are disappointed to read that we could not meet all your expectations. We would like to express our deepest apologies for any possible inconvenience you might have experience staying within us, we can not deny you could have contracted this sickness but it is not necessarily could happen at our Resort as it could have been also at the Airport, in the Airplane, at any excursion that they could have made...among others. We can assure that the safety of our guests is top priority. In fact we have hand sanitizer at the main entrance of every restaurant following the strictest programs of hygiene and quality.
