Dear Mackenzie C, Thank you for your review. We're very sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We knew we were in for it when the builders informed us of their delays (yet to be explained to us in any way that makes sense) and the impact it would have over Spring Break. It is more than a miracle that our staff simply braced for what was to come instead of heading for the exits. We know you don't want to hear this, but we cannot be more sympathetic and apologetic for matters beyond our control. As for information sharing with 3rd party websites like Orbitz and the like, they do not like communicating with us because the rates (and information) on the Hilton website is more accurate and we have the lowest rates posted there, not with them. Always go to Hilton's website (or any brand website) before or after looking at a non-branded site. From canellation policies to rates, you'll thank us later for sharing that tid bit.
