The best of Miami in one spot!
Carpaccio is strategically situated next to the valet at the uber-high end Bal Harbour Mall. They have a nice patio that I HIGHLY recommend you sit at due to its proximity to all the exotic cars (and people) you will inevitably see pulling into the mall. If you like people…
