Thank you very much for staying with us and for highlighting so many of our amenities! We love when guests appreciate all we have to offer, from the close proximity to the beach, to all the stuff we give for free that other hotels charge for!! I'm glad you got to enjoy all of our hotel including the beach gear! We take pride in having a down to earth staff that gets to personally meet most of our guests so thank you for complimenting our staff! I'm surprised to hear about the rail as we would have immediately fixed it upon being notified. The hotel was renovated recently and almost everything we have is new, so for something to fall is unexpected and we are always available for immediate fixing.
