We are pleased your well-appointed unit was spacious and accommodating and the location of the resort to nearby attractions and theme parks made for a great trip to Orlando I was concerned to hear about your experience with the cleanliness of the floors in your guest room. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize, as that was not the way we typically take care of our guests.
