Kelley, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am extremely saddened to hear about your stay. This was definitely not the type of experience we would want any of our guests to have. I will be sharing your review with my housekeeping and maintenance team during our morning meeting. We will use this as a learning experience as to what we should be looking at in our rooms to ensure our guests have a clean and decent room. If something is rusted, we should be replacing it. I also apologize on behalf of the noise. Being an outdoor property it is hard to hear and see what's going on. Our front desk does occasionally walk through the property to ensure the noise is kept to a minimum. If we hear it or see it, we will put an immediate stop to it. We also do have multiple construction crews staying on property. They do tend to hang out near their work vehicles after work before heading to bed. They are never a problem. In the future, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk and inform them of any issues or concerns you may have. We are here 24 hours a day to better assist our guests. -Rebecca
