Long Beach Resort is a condominium resort so items such as shampoo, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels are to be provided from the guests. I apologize for any issues you may have had with the unit, and hope that you contacted the front desk on site to help assist with these issues. We appreciate all your feedback and the info has been passed along, and the owner is starting some upgrades to the unit. Since we only manage so many units on site we do have our 24hr after hours property that assists guests with check ins and any questions or concerns you may have when our offices close. I apologize if this was an inconvenience.
