Lindsey, We're so sorry that your experience was less than excellent. We typically get great reviews on the ribs, the meatloaf, and the shrimp dishes. we work really hard at keeping the quality of our food high. It leaves us wondering if there was a problem that day that we were not aware of. Did you ask to speak to a manager? We always appreciate it when customers let us know immediately that they had a less than perfect visit with us, as we want to make corrections immediately. We do appreciate you complimenting the wait staff and our outdoor bar area, but we hope if you ever return, and have useful insight, that you will share it with us in person.
