I do appreciate you making me aware of the situation with your window leak and I also appreciate your compliments of Kelly, our front desk agent. I am sorry that you felt I was unapologetic toward you. I clearly remember apologizing to you multiple times, even making sure your belongings were not ruined. I offered you a $50 credit, which you accepted. I also offered to move your room and you declined. I felt the credit was appropriate, as I still do. I would have appreciated it if you told me you still felt that amount to be unfair, but you did not. I even spoke with you later when you called me to tell me you did not feel the need to move. Unfortunately, the issue with the mattress was never mentioned. Since that was an issue, a switch of rooms could have fixed that. This issue was resolved before you checked out of our hotel. If you were not happy with the outcome, I apologize. I did what I felt was fair. Please don't say I never apologized to you and I gave you attitude, that is absolutely untrue.
