Thanks Lisa B for your honest comments. My team work so hard to try to make things right for all our guests, but the British weather unfortunately was a huge challenge and certainly slowed everything down. I'm so very glad you enjoyed our entertainment and I have passed your positive comments on to our new Entertainment Team whom are very happy that you have highlighted them for their hard work. They are a real asset to what we offer at New Beach and we look forward to seeing you, and of course entertaining you, when you return in July.
