I'm so sorry to hear of your experience with us. We are a family oriented hotel, but we do have better room options for a guest needing a more peaceful stay. I'm not sure what happened with the shower knob, I do hope you reported it to the front desk. During your stay at any Shilo Inn, please know there is always someone one at the front desk 24hrs to address and correct any issues you may have.
