However, I do apologize if we failed to inform you of the Bistro and Market amenities, as well as the nearby restaurants. Please let me know if I can share this with you prior to your next stay. We also apologize that you witnessed an uncomfortable situation involving another guest. Fortunately, to encourage a sanitary and safe environment, it is mandated that all guests wear shoes and shirts in public spaces. We are glad to know that you appreciate this rule.
