Rarely does a place live up to its pre-visit hype - but I believe Heim BBQ does! Great Magnolia Ave location and we lucked out to a short line and quick service on a Sunday afternoon. Highlights - moist (fatty) brisket and the Big Cat sandwich! No place is perfect tho right?…
