Thank you for letting me know about your experience at our hotel. I have reviewed your reservation details and it does appear that you were provided with the room type that you booked through Expedia, which was our 2 Queen Studio suite. I apologize if there was some confusion with the expected room types. Expedia pulls the room descriptions directly from our system and the room you were provided is our largest 2 queen room type. We are currently accepting bids from vendors for renovations to our pool area and will have this area addressed as soon as possible. I do hope that you will give us another chance to show you level of service that is typical of our hotel.
