Dear Adam, Thank you very much for your comment. We work with an outside company that rents air conditioning units, just ask at reception and they leave in your room. The next time you come I suggest you book a room overlooking the hotel Vulcano, as it overlooks a pedestrian street and is much quieter. The cost for the all inclusive is 28€ per adult and day, childs first free and second pay 21€. Hope to see you soon. Tamara González
