Dear 802travelervt, Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your experience with us at Basin Harbor. We are glad that you took a chance on the early summer weather and water temperatures! Your comments summarize so much of what we are trying to accomplish here - thank you for acknowledging our staff and their willingness to please. We will also do a much better job of power washing our trampolines and swim deck first thing in the morning - I am sorry that this was an inconvenience during your stay. Basin Harbor is truly an amazing place for families to bond, as well as for parents to unwind while kids participate in an endless number of activities.
