Really disappointed. Kids splash pool (advertised on web) not only closed but actually a building site. Building works throughout the day, everyday meant noise by main pool too & water was freezing so no swimming for me & my son. No air-con until May so have to keep balcony…

A lot of hotels, bars and restaurants of the area improved their facilities during the winter season and this is the way to demonstrate that we do appreciate our guests and we try to provide them the best they deserve.
