Dear Alan, Thank you so much for having spent a few minutes in sharing your experience in our hotel. We deeply regret the bad impression you had from our hotel as our main purpose is the satisfaction of our guests. Regarding your comment about the unwashed dishes, our cleaning service does not include that. As in all the other hotels of our category, the cleaning service includes beds, floors, toilets etc, but never dishwashing. On the comment of the glasses, obviously it must be a misunderstanding. Understand that our staff is spanish and is not bilingual. Sure what they were trying to say is that you could take the glasses from the bar, since at the reception they do not have glasses.
