Greetings and Many thanks for returning, We are so sorry that you had a less than perfect stay. We are just in the process of renovating and rejuvenating the farm and lodges. Your heat issue was awaiting the arrival of new Heat/AC units - which have arrived and are are now in place. Lady Bugs and all little critters are part f our life here and their poor bodies can drop on the floor between the condo inspection and your arrival. We do our best, but we will surely not get them all. We try not to spray insecticide in or around the cabins as we prefer to look after our guests' welfare as well as the beneficial critters. Concerning your welcome and departure, we will be addressing that lapse this week. If you would care to return, we look forward to welcoming you back with our returning guest discounts.
