Dear Henry h, I would like to apologize for the set of circumstances you endured. You are correct, it was unacceptable the way the entire situation was handled. Due to miscommunications your stay was ruined. Each room was supposed to have a letter explaining the process to the guests staying after the weekend concluded, that the motel would be in process of closing for the season and in this letter you would've been told how to contact the Manager as we would never want you to feel unsafe. We do have multiple properties within a one mile radius of, just across the street from each other. If you would consider giving our motel another try we'd love to have you and if you call and ask for me I'd like to make the situation right and show you that we do care. Sincerely,
