    We spent two nights in a Parlor Suite to finish our holiday in California. It was a fantastic room, but we had several issues with service in the hotel that served to dampen our experience. 1) Check-in took around 30 minutes, which in my opinion was far too long - there weren't that many people in the queue! 2) Our...
