Loved PHD Rooftop. I personally think it’s a better vibe than 230 Fifth. It’s less crowded and noisy. The views are absolutely breathe taking. The food is delicious. We had the coconut shrimp, calamari, truffle fries and chicken empanadas and enjoyed all of it. The drinks are on…
