Dear JoyYagid, Thank you for your feedback. The replacement of our mattresses is one of many items on our current renovation checklist. This is being completed floor by floor in our main tower of rooms and we'd love for you to return later in the year to see the fabulous results! Our digital concierge (texting) program has been well embraced by the vast majority of our guests for its ease of contacting us for directions, room requests, dining recommendations, etc. However, we're happy to opt guests out of the program should they wish not to be disturbed.
