Thank you for the kind things you had to say!! It always means a lot to us for our guests to enjoy our hosting style. We do wish the Gaston room had been what you expected. The same weekend we had someone staying with us that loved the Gaston their last stay & wanted it badly. We could have switched you guys easily. We always encourage guests to let us know while they are here if there is an issue so that we have the opportunity to fix it. Above all else, we want our guests to have an awesome experience in Savannah. Just a note to future guests who are looking at the Gaston, there is a Jacuzzi tub in the room which is typically sought after by those looking for a relaxing romantic get away. The bathroom is smaller than some and probably bigger than others, but very nicely decorated with new tile floors and fixtures. It is sometimes hard to remember once you are here, because it is such a beautiful house, that it was built in 1888 and was never intended to have multiple bathrooms when it was constructed, so since then the three sets of inn owners have had to be pretty creative to have private bathrooms placed with all the rooms. We have always taken guests experiences very seriously and have made many improvements due to guest suggestions, so please never be afraid to ask for anything or let us know about anything. We have 12 other rooms, so we certainly hope that you are able to come back and stay with us again!! Eric & Melissa
