Dear Cathy, thank you so much for taking time to write this. I understand you were the clients who actually cancelled the rest of their stay because of this horrible group we had the infortune to accomodate during your stay. I am so sorry that you had to experience this and I can tell you we have taken steps for this not to happen again as from now on we will require groups of over 12 people to book the whole guesthouse if they wish book at GreenHouse.
