We only stayed here for a night in one of the standard rooms. The hotel is well maintained with freshly cut grass and new towels on every chair. There are lots of communal areas and the view is a treat to eye. Dinner can easily hit £100 but that is expected for the type of…

Dear ErikI, Thank you for your candid feedback on Tripadvisor. We are happy to note that you found the resort relaxing with a great soothing environment. Unfortunately, I am sorry that you found the room to be claustrophobic. We have maintained the same design and same uniformity over the last several years however we will look into your suggestion. I also apologize for the mis-communication with the keys and have briefed my team accordingly. It clearly shouldn't have happened and I can understand the in-convenience. We will re-look into the suggestion for mosquito coils (which we also provide in the room next to the electronic safe) and re-train our team on communicating at the time of check-in.
