Dear Ken C— Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay at the Astor. I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience that you encountered with parking. Due to the Mardi Gras parade passing directly infront of the hotel, we were unable to provide Valet parking as mandated by the City. Although we do our very best to accommodate all view requests we are occasionally unable to guarantee these during periods of very high occupancy. Please know that I have forwarded your comments to the Operations Department so that they may find way to ensure these changes are communicated clearly and all inconveniences avoided.
