I´m pleased to know that your stay has been satisfactory especially regarding hotel facilities. I can see that you really valuate our Staff service and many little details of the hotel like the Wi-Fi signal, the channels offer on Tv or the shower. At the Princesa Yaiza Hotel every detail is designed to make the stay of our guests unforgettable. Regarding water, we have different basis options to satisfy all our guests needs. For example, with Half Board Deluxe basis you have extra amenities like free minibar with daily reposition. In Lanzarote we have an average temperature of 21ºC and a few windy days during the year but that is not the normal thing. I´m sure that in following stays you will enjoy a great weather, as we usually enjoy in our island. I hope to receive you again in our hotel. Please, do not hesitate to contact us before your visit to help you to organise an unforgettable stay which help you to recover your trust on the Princesa Yaiza.
