We had always had very positive feedback about the food, but we can see from your comments that there have been some problems recently We are sorry to read that you have not been satisfied. I want to assure you that we strictly adhere to the standards of 4-star hotels regarding variety and quality of food. We will make further discussions on what other measures we can take to get our food quality back to its usual high level. Concerning your comment for the ski storage we would like kindly to inform you that the hotel has a ski rental and ski storage and related equipment for drying ski boots. I would like to apologize for any shortcomings that might have happened.
