We are glad to know that you and your family enjoyed your holidays at our Resort, and it is really gratifying for us that you are already thinking about coming back and visit us again in future! Thank you for mentioning in particular your room and its comfort, as well as the quality of the food served in our restaurants. We will certaily pass your compliments and regards to our Kitchen department. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by some guests’ practice of reserving sunbeds by the pool: we have taken note of it and we will try to reinforce our politics and rules regarding the pool area and the towels removal. However, please take into account that we cannot educate our guests, but just ask them to observe the rules (there are signs around the pool area that clearly prohibit this practice) and put our trust in their cooperation.
