We are really sorry the rooms and the facilities of the resort did not meet your expectations. We tried to solve your inconveniences and changed you to an appartment on the ground floor. Regarding the ants we will make sure to forward it to the department. We regret that you miss a pool bar but we would like to inform you that you can bring your drinks to the swimming-pool area. We are surprised because of the comments about our cleanliness because our cleaning standard is really high.
