Dear Devil6669, Thank you very much for have taken the time to write a review about your holiday at the SBH Crystal Beach. Our hotel is located directly of the beautiful beach of Costa Calma. Lots of our clients enjoy beautiful long walks and relaxing sunbathing days on this beach. The sunbeds of the beach is not a part of the hotel and belong to the community. This is the reason why the clients must pay for it. Our housekeeping and maintenance are making sure to keep our hotel to a 4* standard. The rooms and entire complex are cleaned daily and little faults are mended immediately. Our kitchen staff and chef prepare a variety of good quality food on a daily basis. That way we can guarantee a big choice and freshness in our meals as customer satisfaction is very important to us and we aim to fulfil their expectations. We always check the temperature before our meals are delivered from the kitchen to the restaurant or the buffets. Of course we will keep in mind all your comments and suggestions as we can continue to improve and try always our best to our guests. Our client’s feedbacks are always welcome.
