Dear Lozdcfc12, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback on your stay at our hotel, Our meal plan is up the standard of 3 keys category, all dishes pass strict controls and the temperature is taken several times a day in order to check everything is ok and according our APPCC, also we work with an external company that takes and analyses samples with excellent results. We don’t use glass cups at our pool area for safety reasons and we don’t use plastic cups for environmental reasons, reason why we serve our drinks in paper cups only. We take notice of your comments about chairs in the restaurant. We work every day in order to improve our services and facilities. Hope you decide to visit us again, Kind regards.
