We are glad to read that you enjoyed your stay with us, and it is nice to know there were a lot of aspects you could enjoy form your stay as the beauty of the facilities, the amazing service from the entire staff, the pools and beach zone. We are sorry to know that you did not like our air open concept as it one of our main assets as we provide the opportunity to enjoy our natural environment. Regarding the mosquitos situation we would like to inform you that the hotel fumigates the grounds daily and rooms once a week, however during the hot, humid summers, an increase in mosquitos is common in the Riviera Maya.
