We are certainly delighted to hear that you had a memorable experience at our resort; enjoying your accommodation, delicious food, drinks and especially the service provided by our staffs. Regarding the humidity in the room, we would like to mention that we do have ozone machines without charge which can be provided upon request. With respect to the seaweed on the beach, the last year, a significant increase of seaweed on the beaches throughout the Riviera Maya was caused by an ecological phenomenon. Our garden staffs used to work hard to clean the beach on a daily basis. Fortunately, this problem is not affecting our beaches anymore and we can enjoy the beautiful beach at its best.
