Negative: This was our 2nd time at this resort, our last visit was in 2008. We travel frequently, and love all inclusive resorts, and decided to come back to El Dorado Royale, along with 3 other couples. The check in was a NIGHTMARE, I ended up in tears, we finally were settled…
